Concussion Connection

concussion connection

There has been a lot of buzz about concussion in the media and in sports over the last several years. It used to be that an athlete "got their bell rung." Now, we know so much more about the brain and what a traumatic brain injury does to the person down the road. A multi-disciplinary approach is often required to diagnose, treat, and return someone back to activities post concussion. Below are experts from each medical field who work with a person post concussion and collaborate to help make sure the individual can return to school, work, the sports field, or life in general, symptom free. Please click each interview to learn more about each specialty.
