DESCRIPTION:Join Dr. Devan Gallucci\, 3DPT physical therapist and certified yoga instructor for a Yin Yoga class 𝗮𝘁 𝟯𝗗𝗣𝗧 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱\n\nYin Yoga is a slow paced\, stretching/meditative based class. All poses are performed on the floor. This type of class holds stretches and poses for longer periods of time\, typically between 45 seconds up to 2 minutes. The goal of Yin Yoga is to stretch connective tissue and fascia to release built up tension\, improve joint mobility\, and develop flexibility. Yin Yoga is suitable to all levels of students\, beginner through advanced.\n\nAttendees are encouraged to bring their own mats as the class will be taking place on the floor\, including laying on your back\, stomach and sides. Additionally\, props are typically helpful\, which may include bolsters\, blocks\, pillows\, etc.\, \nThis class is the second in a series of monthly yoga classes that Devan will be offering at 3DPT Medford!
