Why I want to become a Physical Therapist
In 2014 I tore my ACL for the first time, and due to my stubbornness, tore it twice more in the next year and a half. Over that time, I fell in love with the rehab process, and the challenges and rewards that accompany it. Once I returned to sport, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
What do you feel are the most important qualities in a physical therapist
It is imperative for therapists to connect with their patients, listen to their full story, address their concerns, and empower them to return to what they love in a safe manner.
Personal Interests/hobbies
I am a lifelong fan of all things Philadelphia sports, despite the constant frustration that comes with the territory (minus the 2017-18 Eagles and 2008 Phillies). I love spending time outside, in the gym, and relaxing with family and friends.
