Treatment Areas of Interest/Specialties
I love treating hand and upper extremity issues! It is my specialty and my passion, but I still love treating lower extremities too.
Why I became a Physical Therapist
Growing up I always knew I wanted to do something in the healthcare profession. I was an athlete and have had more than my fair share of injuries through the years. One of those injuries led me to physical therapy with a PT who was extremely passionate about what she did. She shared her passion with me and everyone around her. After my course of care with her I volunteered in the clinic as I was still too young to have a job. From then on, my passion for the profession has only grown. I hope that someday I can have that kind of impact on someone else.
What do you feel are the most important qualities in a physical therapist
I feel that passion about your profession and continuing quest for knowledge/bettering your skills are extremely important.
Outside of the clinic you will find me spending time with my family. We spend the summers on LBI and in the winter I can never get enough time on my snowboard. I also love to exercise and to bake.
