Increasing protein intake in older adults can be beneficial for various reasons, especially when considering physical therapy:

  • The importance of protein for aging bodies and muscle health
  • How to identify high quality protein-rich foods
  • How to customize intake to individual needs and practice strategies for increasing protein intake

After the seminar at 12:30 pm join us for a free senior fitness class and get your blood pumping and body moving with safe, gentle exercises!
