It’s time to nominate your favorite companies for the Community Choice Awards for 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙮!
3DPT has won for 𝘉𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘗𝘩𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘺 and other awards we’re hoping to defend our title and win again in 2026 with your help!
First we need your nomination…
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬:

3. Click on the 𝘉𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘺 & 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 category
4. Type in 3 𝑫𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒚 for these categories:
- Physical Therapy clinic
- Rehabilitation Facility
- Sports Medicine/Orthopedic Center
5. Click on the Top Employers categories,
6. Type in 3 𝑫𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒚 for these categories:
- 𝘌𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘳: 101-500 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘦𝘴
- Locally owned business
- 𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱
- 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬
