*** 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy would like to congratulate Robin Forur for being October’s Patient of The Month (POTM). Robin had a long road to recovery, but she is back to running 1/2 marathons!! ***

3DPT: What is your favorite and least favorite part of Physical Therapy?

RF: My favorite part of physical therapy is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. My least favorite part of physical therapy are squats.

3DPT: Tell us about your injury and what brought you in to 3DPT?

RF: I came to 3DPT after I was unhappy with the care I was receiving from other health care providers. Before coming to 3DPT I was diagnosed with a tibia stress fracture and plantar fasciitis.

3DPT: What was something important that you have learned during your time in PT?

RF: One of the most import things I learned in PT is hard work, persistence, and patience pay off.

3DPT: What advice would you give to anyone faced with an injury or working their way through PT?

RF: I would tell anyone faced with an injury or working their way through PT to listen to their body and trust the process and staff. Injuries don’t always heal quickly but they need to just hang in there and they will see the progress and benefits of all of their hard work do pay off.

3DPT: What is your favorite thing about running and what is your next race?

RF: My favorite part of running is the running community. They are some of the most caring and supportive people I have ever met. I just completed the Disney Wine and Dine 10k and half marathon. I also just completed the Haddon Township Turkey Trot. I plan to take a little time off until spring and complete either a 10 miler or half marathon.
