Why I became a Physical Therapist

I love the collaborative nature of PT. It’s incredibly meaningful to hear my patients’ stories, their struggles, their goals, and their hopes for something better, and to be a part of their journey towards healing. I consider it a privilege to witness their progress and to support them in achieving what matters most to them. One of the most fulfilling parts of this profession is helping patients discover new perspectives about their bodies. Showing them that they are capable of more than they may have thought. Every person has immense potential within them; sometimes, they need the right guidance and support to realize it. Being that guide is why I chose to become a PT.
