FREE Senior Fitness Class at 3DPT Franklinville

Join us for a FREE session of Balance and a Balance Seminar!
This class is designed to help seniors get moving, feel stronger, and enjoy the season. All levels are welcome!
Classes will be led by the 3DPT Franklinville physical therapist Joseph Montalvo PT, DPT, Owner, followed by a balance seminar.
