3DPT Pelvic Health
New patient? We will call you to set up your first visit.
3DPT Pelvic Health opened in 2025 inside our Medford office on Route 70. Kristin Calabro owns the program and treats here. Kristin earned her doctorate at Stockton University, is Herman and Wallace trained in pelvic health, and is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She started in orthopedics and sports rehab before moving to pelvic floor work full time, and that background shows in how she treats.
We treat bladder and bowel control problems, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, pain and weakness during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rehab after pelvic surgery. Pelvic floor problems are not only a women’s issue and not only a new-mom issue, and we see people at every age and stage.
Visits happen in a private treatment room, one therapist and one patient, never on an open gym floor. Your therapist checks the strength, flexibility and tone of the pelvic floor muscles and looks at the hips, back and breathing with them, because the pelvic floor rarely works alone. From there you get a plan and exercises you can actually do at home. Appointments run Monday through Thursday, with evening hours on Monday and Wednesday.
In New Jersey you can see a physical therapist without a prescription. Some insurance plans still ask for a referral; call us and we will check yours before your first visit.
