Why I am pursuing Physical Therapy
After years working in an isolated laboratory, I began searching for a new career that allowed
me to connect with and help others, and physical therapy could not have been a more perfect
fit. PT fuels my love for problem-solving and creativity, combined with a profound enjoyment of
making a positive impact on people’s lives. The rewarding nature of physical therapy, where I
can actively engage with patients, tailor treatments to their specific needs, and witness their
progress firsthand, continues to motivate me.

What I feel are the most important qualities in a physical therapist
In my opinion, the most vital qualities a physical therapist can possess are empathy, patience,
and a dedication to lifelong learning. Understanding the importance of building trust and
understanding with my patients, I strive to listen attentively to their concerns and provide
compassionate, individualized care to support them in achieving their physical goals.
Additionally, my enthusiasm for staying informed of the latest therapy techniques and research
ensures that I can deliver the most effective and cutting-edge treatment options to my patients.

Personal interests & hobbies
In my free time I love to cook and experiment with new recipes in the kitchen, although I
appreciate exploring diverse local restaurants just as much. I enjoy being active in any way I
can, whether that is surfing at the Jersey Shore, weightlifting, or training for a half-marathon. I
also have a large family and cherish the time I am able to spend with them and my dog “Bear”.
