Why I am Pursuing Physical Therapy
Growing up, I always had a strong passion for sports and exercise. I played varsity baseball, basketball, and football in highschool and one year of college baseball at U Pitt, before having to settle down in my studies. In high school, while playing football I was diagnosed with a high ankle sprain and went to do physical therapy with my older cousin. The experience of seeing my ankle go from high pain, no activity, to no pain, full function was incredible and made me strive to become a physical therapist so I can help others just like my cousin did for me!

What I Feel the Most Important Qualities are for a Physical Therapist:
I feel the most important quality a physical therapist needs to treat patients effectively is the ability to connect with anybody. I believe building that trust and friendship with patients is crucial to getting the best outcomes for patients!

Personal Interest and Hobbies:
Two years ago I made a men’s baseball team in my area, and still play as a catcher/coach during the summers. I also enjoy weightlifting, playing sports with brothers and friends, and spending quality time with my family!
