Treatment Areas of Interest

Two areas that I love treating are sports injuries (I’m biased to swimmers) and knee replacement/injuries. Helping athletes persevere through a setback and return to what they love is extremely gratifying. However, I aim to help every patient reach their specific goals.

Why I became a Physical Therapist

Growing up as a swimmer, I saw a lot of my friends go through PT for various injuries, and knew how beneficial it was. I wanted a career that enables me to help people every day. After shadowing a PT clinic, I knew PT was the perfect avenue to combine that with my love for athletics.

What I feel are the most important qualities in a physical therapist

To me essential qualities in a physical therapist are compassion, dedication to lifelong learning, and creativity. The most important quality is excellence in listening to and connecting with your patients.

Personal interests & hobbies:

I am an avid swimmer and aspiring triathlete, but enjoy being active in any way, shape, or form. I love Taylor Swift, baking, reading, going to the shore in the summer, and traveling to visit friends all over the country! If I’m not doing any of that, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my nephew!
