Why I became a Physical Therapist
I became a physical therapist because I love working with people. I enjoy problem solving through treatments and providing education to help my patients find the best way to live life without pain.
What I feel are the most important qualities in a physical therapist
I feel that anyone in healthcare, but specifically physical therapy, should be attentive, creative, empathetic, encouraging, and a good problem solver. It’s also important to be a good communicator among the healthcare team and have a strong desire to pursue lifelong education.
