Over the years, we have had numerous 3DPT employees who worked as aides or at the front desk get accepted into graduate school for physical therapy and other healthcare graduate programs. It is rewarding to be able to act as a stepping stone for all of these employees as they work their way towards their end goal of becoming healthcare providers. We have 10 current employees that have been accepted into higher education programs and we want to take this chance to recognize them and wish them all the best!

I recently graduated with my Master’s from Salisbury University. To further my education, I am now starting the accelerated BSN program at Thomas Jefferson University at the end of May. My time at 3DPT has allowed me to gain valuable experiences and meaningful professional connections. This has helped me develop a strong academic foundation and deepened my passion for patient care. I am committed to clinical care and feel 3DPT has helped me prepare for the next step in my healthcare journey.

I will be attending Arcadia University’s DPT Program this fall in the hopes of graduating by Fall 2025. I owe a lot to 3DPT for the knowledge, experience, and wisdom all of the therapists and patients have given me over the past 2 years.

Hello, I’m Gianna. I just graduated with my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at Rowan University. I will be attending Widener, starting this summer, to earn my DPT. Upon graduation, I look forward to treating all populations of patients, especially the geriatric population. When I first started working at 3DPT about 3 years ago, I thought that I wanted to work with pediatric patients the most. Through my time with this company I have learned that I work very well with our older patient population. I love to listen to their stories as well as watch them gain confidence and increase their quality of life. It’s rewarding to help a grandparent be able to have the confidence to carry their grandkids, or to see them live independently.

I have just finished my time at Temple University, graduating with my Bachelor’s of Science in Health Professions. Along with my studies, I have had the opportunity to work at 3DPT for the last two years as a PT aide, confirming my interest in the profession and giving me invaluable clinical experience. Through my day-to-day work, involvement with the company’s leadership program, and networking opportunities, I will be well prepared to continue my education, ultimately earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. I am so excited for my next step in this journey, starting PT school at the George Washington University in Washington, DC this fall.

I am graduating from Stockton University with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Health Science. Following graduation, this August I will be attending St. Joseph’s University to pursue a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies! 3DPT has helped me gain quality patient care experience and interaction to add to my PA school application. I have also gained so many professional relationships at work to help me with things like letters of recommendation. I would not be in the position I am today without 3DPT!
