Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide – Cherry Hill
Reports to: Charles Bachi & Anthony Perrone
Location: 3DPT Cherry Hill
Status: Part Time 
Pay: $12.00/hour


  • Provide excellence in customer service and job duties outlined in Aide Manual
  • Assist patients in exercises, setting up of equipment, directing flow of traffic in clinic
  • Patient engagement included but not limited to:
    • Conversations with patients
    • Being aware of patients who look like they are waiting on next exercise
    • Being aware of patients who may be waiting in waiting room
    • Being aware of table/chair usage and organizing patient placement as needed
    • Being engaged in patient activity
  • Taking Initiative in assisting patients, ensuring patient comfort, being aware of all individuals in room
  • Application of ice, heat, maintenance of hydrocollator and rotation of ice
  • Maintaining high level of cleanliness in the clinic, wiping down of all equipment, placement of all equipment in proper place
  • Ensuring tables are set up properly for morning shift
  • Ensuring tables are set up properly for morning shift; simple green bottles are filled, bathrooms are stalked ( TP, soaps, paper towels)
  • Utilizing washer/dryer for towels and proper placement under tables
  • Assisting front desk in checking in patients, answering phones, being aware of when the front desk is getting backed up
  • Assisting therapist in creating Home Exercise Programs for patients
  • Adherence to Employee Handbook Policies and Procedures
  • Abide by HIPAA Standards

  • End of night duties: trash, bathroom is stocked with TP/soap/paper towels and is clean
  • 30 Day probation period. You will be given a performance improvement plan after 30 days to address areas of training that require further attention
  • Expected to give 2 weeks notice before resigning of position
  • Failure to abide by Policies and Procedures in Employee handbook could result in employment termination.
