3DPT Cinnaminson opened in 2024 in the Colonial Square Shopping Center on Branch Pike. Brooke Chisholm owns the office and treats here herself, with a small team, so you see the same person every visit.
We treat back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, shoulder, hip and knee problems, and work and overuse injuries. Doors open at 7 am Monday through Friday and we are here until 8 pm Monday through Thursday.
In New Jersey you can see a physical therapist without a prescription. Some insurance plans still ask for a referral; call us and we will check yours before your first visit.
