3DPT Franklinville opened in 2026 on Delsea Drive, one of our newest offices. Joe Montalvo owns it and treats here with two other physical therapists, which means one-on-one time with the same therapist every visit.
We treat back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, shoulder, hip and knee problems, and work injuries. Open until 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 8 am every weekday.
In New Jersey you can see a physical therapist without a prescription. Some insurance plans still ask for a referral; call us and we will check yours before your first visit.
