My Future in Franklinville

My Future in Franklinville

Growing up, basketball quickly became a year-round obsession for me. I competed at Northern Burlington County Regional High School before continuing my career at Rowan University. During my time at Rowan, I realized that if I wanted to reach my full potential, I needed to commit not only to skill development but also to strength and conditioning. That pursuit sparked a deeper interest in anatomy, physiology, and human movement. What began as a desire to become a better athlete evolved into a passion for helping others do the same—ultimately leading me to a career in physical therapy.

While attending Arcadia University for PT school I was able to learn from Dr. Jessica Valloreo, who was an adjunct/lab professor during my time there and that put 3DPT on my radar. Classmates who had done their clinical rotations with 3DPT spoke volumes about their experience which furthered my interest in the company. When the opportunity arose to interview with 3DPT, I jumped at it—even though I had just started my career at another practice a few weeks earlier. Very early in the interview process, I knew that if given the opportunity, this was where I wanted to build my career.

My journey with 3DPT began in June 2021 at the Tabernacle office.  During my time in Tabernacle, I grew tremendously as both a clinician and a leader. Learning under both Dr. Carlie Strazullo and Dr. Katy Stieber was greatly beneficial for me. Both of them provided me with opportunities to grow and I looked to embrace each opportunity —serving as a clinical instructor for PT students, participating in the 3DPT Leadership Program, and stepping into the role of Athletic Liaison for the clinic and Seneca Highschool. Each experience deepened my passion for patient care while expanding my vision for what I could contribute beyond the treatment table. Over time, the question shifted from “What’s next?” to “How can I create something meaningful?” Becoming a Clinic Partner became the clear next step.

What excites me most about physical therapy is the challenge each patient presents. There is often far more to the story than what is written on a prescription. I take pride in digging deeper, identifying root causes, and developing individualized plans that create lasting change—not just temporary relief. Helping someone return to the sport they love, get back to work, or simply move without pain is incredibly rewarding.

Opening a 3DPT clinic in Franklinville is more than a professional milestone—it’s a meaningful opportunity to invest in a community. I am excited to build relationships with local families, athletes, physicians, and organizations, and to create a space where people feel supported, heard, and empowered in their recovery. My goal is to establish a clinic culture centered on trust, accountability, and excellence—where patients know they are our priority and where long-term health, not just short-term fixes, drives our care.

I look forward to becoming an active member of the Franklinville community and bringing the same energy, dedication, and patient-first mindset that has shaped my journey thus far. This next chapter represents growth, opportunity, and the chance to make a lasting impact—and I couldn’t be more excited to get started.
