3DPT Haddon Township is at 413 Crystal Lake Ave for a few more months before we move to our new location in Westmont, 216 Haddon Ave. Mark Frasco owns the office. Our team of six physical therapists includes a McKenzie-certified spine specialist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and an LSVT BIG-certified therapist for people with Parkinson’s disease.
We treat back and neck pain, sports and running injuries, post-surgical rehab, and movement problems related to Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions. Open until 8 pm Monday through Thursday.
In New Jersey you can see a physical therapist without a prescription. Some insurance plans still ask for a referral; call us and we’ll check yours before your first visit.
