3DPT Tabernacle opened in 2020 in Yates Plaza on Route 206. Carlie Strazzullo owns the office and Katy Stieber is the clinical director, with six physical therapists treating here.
We treat back and neck pain, sports and running injuries, post-surgical rehab, shoulder, hip and knee problems, and balance issues. Open until 8 pm Monday through Thursday for after-work appointments.
In New Jersey you can see a physical therapist without a prescription. Some insurance plans still ask for a referral; call us and we will check yours before your first visit.
