3DPT Medford opened in 2012 and was our first office. Jeff Sallade and Ken Guzzardo treated their first patient in August 2011 in Jeff’s living room, then rented space before opening here on Route 70. They still own the office, both live in town, and clinic director Joe Strazzullo runs it day to day with eight physical therapists.
We treat back and neck pain, sports and running injuries, post-surgical and joint replacement rehab, ACL and knee work, shoulder and hip problems, and balance and vestibular issues. Open until 8 pm Monday through Thursday for after-work appointments.
In New Jersey you can see a physical therapist without a prescription. Some insurance plans still ask for a referral; call us and we will check yours before your first visit.
