3DPT Pelvic Health
3DPT Pelvic Health opened in 2025 inside our Medford office on Route 70. Kristin Calabro owns the program and treats here with two other physical therapists. Kristin earned her doctorate at Stockton University, is Herman and Wallace trained in pelvic health, and is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She started in orthopedics and sports rehab before moving to pelvic floor work full time, and that background shows in how she treats.
Cherry Hill
3DPT Cherry Hill opened in 2019 at 496 Kings Highway North, Suite 110. Chuck Bachi and Anthony Perrone own the office. It's one of our largest clinics, with seven physical therapists and two occupational therapists, and one of only two 3DPT offices offering occupational and hand therapy. The team includes board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists, a TPI-certified golf specialist, and a tactical strength and conditioning specialist.
Cinnaminson
3DPT Cinnaminson opened in 2024 in the Colonial Square Shopping Center on Branch Pike. Brooke Chisholm owns the office and treats here herself, with a small team, so you see the same person every visit.
Deptford
3DPT Deptford opened in 2021 at The Court at Deptford on Almonesson Road. Zach Friedman owns the office and Nathan Fullam is the clinical director, with five physical therapists on the team.
Franklinville
3DPT Franklinville opened in 2026 on Delsea Drive, one of our newest offices. Joe Montalvo owns it and treats here with two other physical therapists, which means one-on-one time with the same therapist every visit.
Haddon Heights
3DPT Haddon Heights is at 500 Grove Street, Suite 100, off the White Horse Pike, and opened in 2021. Jessica Valloreo owns the office. With eight physical therapists and two occupational therapists, it's one of our largest offices, and one of two 3DPT clinics offering occupational and hand therapy. The team includes orthopedic and sports specialists, a vestibular-certified therapist for dizziness and balance problems, a certified dry-needling therapist, and a board-certified geriatric specialist.
Haddon Township
3DPT Haddon Township is at 413 Crystal Lake Ave for a few more months before we move to our new location in Westmont, 216 Haddon Ave. Mark Frasco owns the office. Our team of six physical therapists includes a McKenzie-certified spine specialist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and an LSVT BIG-certified therapist for people with Parkinson's disease.
Hainesport
3DPT Hainesport opened in 2022 on Route 38. Kaitlin Ley owns the office and treats here with two other physical therapists, so you work with the same person from your first visit to your last.
Jenkintown
3DPT Jenkintown opened in 2025 at The Pavilion on Old York Road, our second Pennsylvania office. Michael Zlotnick owns it, is a board-certified sports specialist, and treats here with two other physical therapists.
Medford
3DPT Medford opened in 2012 and was our first office. Jeff Sallade and Ken Guzzardo treated their first patient in August 2011 in Jeff's living room, then rented space before opening here on Route 70. They still own the office, both live in town, and clinic director Joe Strazzullo runs it day to day with eight physical therapists.
Newark, Delaware
3DPT Newark opened in 2026 at 4 Seasons Plaza on Plaza Drive, our first office in Delaware. Brian Cherrington owns it and treats here himself, and as a board-certified sports specialist he sees you at every visit.
Old City, Philadelphia
3DPT Old City opened in 2024 on South 2nd Street, our first Philadelphia office. Ben Harris owns it and treats here with one other physical therapist, in a space built for one-on-one care rather than a crowded gym floor.
Tabernacle
3DPT Tabernacle opened in 2020 in Yates Plaza on Route 206. Carlie Strazzullo owns the office and Katy Stieber is the clinical director, with six physical therapists treating here.
West Berlin
3DPT West Berlin opened in 2015 in Cherry Plaza on Route 73 and is one of our largest offices. Sarah Obuchowski owns it and leads a team of seven physical therapists, including board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists.
Williamstown
3DPT Williamstown opened in 2022 in the Williamstown Shopping Center on the Black Horse Pike. Ryan McDevitt owns the office and Barbie Barron is the clinic director, with five physical therapists on the team.
